تعبر اللجنة من أجل احترام الحريات وحقوق الإنسان في تونس عن إدانتها الشديدة للحكم الجائر الصادر ضد الناشط الحقوقي المغربي والسجين السياسي السابق، فؤاد عبد المومني، وذلك عقب قرار المحكمة الابتدائية بالدار البيضاء، يوم 3 فبراير 2025، بسجنه لمدة ستة أشهر بتهمة “نشر أخبار كاذبة”.
وترى اللجنة أن هذا الحكم الظالم يندرج في سياق النهج القمعي الذي دأبت عليه الأنظمة الاستبدادية في المنطقة المغاربية لترهيب وقمع الأصوات المطالبة بالحرية والديمقراطية وحقوق الإنسان.
وإذ نؤكد مساندتنا الكاملة للسيد عبد المومني، ولكافة السجناء السياسيين وسجناء الرأي في المغرب، فإننا ندعو جميع النشطاء الحقوقيين والسياسيين في المنطقة المغاربية إلى مزيد من التكاتف والتضامن لمواجهة القمع الممنهج الذي تمارسه الأنظمة الحاكمة ضد شعوبنا.
كما ندعو جميع القوى المؤمنة بالعدل والحرية في منطقة المتوسط والعالم إلى إدانة هذا الحكم الجائر، والوقوف إلى جانب القوى الحيّة في المنطقة المغاربية من أجل إطلاق سراح كافة المعتقلين السياسيين وسجناء الرأي، وضمان حق شعوبنا في الحرية والكرامة والديمقراطية.
Solidarité avec Fouad Abdelmoumni et tous les prisonniers d’opinion au Maghreb
Le Comité pour le respect des libertés et des droits de l’Homme en Tunisie exprime sa ferme condamnation du verdict injuste prononcé contre l’activiste des droits humains et ancien prisonnier politique marocain, Fouad Abdelmoumni, suite à la décision du tribunal de première instance de Casablanca, le 3 février 2025, le condamnant à six mois de prison sous l’accusation de “diffusion de fausses informations”.
Le Comité considère que cette condamnation inique s’inscrit dans la politique répressive adoptée par les régimes autoritaires maghrébins visant à intimider et réprimer toutes les voix qui réclament la liberté, la démocratie et les droits humains.
Tout en affirmant notre soutien total à M. Abdelmoumni ainsi qu’à tous les prisonniers politiques et d’opinion au Maroc, nous appelons l’ensemble des militants des droits humains et des acteurs politiques de la région maghrébine à renforcer leur solidarité et leur mobilisation face à la répression exercée par nos régimes contre nos peuples.
Nous appelons également toutes les forces attachées à la justice et à la liberté en Méditerranée et à travers le monde à dénoncer cette condamnation injuste et à se tenir aux côtés des forces vives du Maghreb pour exiger la libération de tous les prisonniers politiques et d’opinion, et défendre le droit de nos peuples à la liberté, à la dignité et à la démocratie.
In solidarity with Fouad Abdelmoumni and all prisoners of conscience in the Maghreb region
The Committee for the Respect of Freedoms and Human Rights in Tunisia (French acronym, CRLDHT) expresses its firm condemnation of the unfair verdict against the Moroccan human rights activist and former political prisoner, Fouad Abdelmoumni, following the decision of the Casablanca Court of First Instance, on 3 February 2025, to sentence him to six months’ imprisonment on charges of “disseminating false information”.
The Committee considers that this iniquitous sentence is part of the repressive policy adopted by authoritarian regimes in the Maghreb aimed at intimidating and quelling all voices calling for freedom, democracy and human rights.
While affirming our full support for Mr Abdelmoumni and all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience in Morocco, we call on all human rights activists and political actors in the Maghreb region to strengthen their solidarity and mobilisation in the face of the repression exercised by our regimes against our peoples.
We also call on all forces committed to justice and freedom in the Mediterranean region and throughout the world to denounce this unjust sentence and to stand alongside the living forces of the Maghreb to demand the release of all political prisoners and prisoners of conscience, and to defend Maghreb peoples’ right to freedom, dignity and democracy.
