The CRLDHT supports Dalila Msadek, member of the defense committee in the "plot against state security" case and sister of detainee Jawhar Ben Mbarek.
Dalila Msadek will be summoned again tomorrow, Tuesday December 5, on the basis of Decree 54, Articles 13 and 87 of the Personal Data Protection Act, and Article 315 of the Penal Code.
She appeared in court a week ago today, again on the basis of decree law 54, for having divulged information about the case as a lawyer for political prisoners. She was provisionally released by the examining magistrate. Less than 24 hours after this verdict, she received a new call to appear.
The CRLDHT denounces these actions, whose sole aim is to intimidate the members of the defense committee and prevent them from defending the political detainees.
In the interests of transparency, the CRLDHT is calling for the ban on media coverage of cases involving plots against state security to be lifted.
