Meeting & Publication: "The ordeal of absence

An essential event to break the silence and give a voice to the families and loved ones of political prisoners and prisoners of conscience in Tunisia.

Poignant testimonies of courage and resistance in the face of injustice, with the presence of members of the prisoners' families:

- Omar Mestiri, husband of Sihem Ben Sedrine
- Monia Brahim, wife of Abdelhamid Jelassi
- Affet Mosbah, sister of Saadia Mosbah
- Elyes Chaouachi, son of Ghazi Chaouachi
- Taieb Riahi, cousin of Sherifa Riahi

and other family members and friends of political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.

The meeting will also provide an opportunity to discover the CRLDHT's 2nd report on human rights in Tunisia (2021-2024), which highlights the authoritarian excesses and daily repression suffered by citizens.

The event will be hosted by Hatem Nafti, for an evening of poignant testimonials and essential discussions.
