Gaza in our hearts, Tunisia in our flesh, let's not forget the political prisoners and prisoners of conscience.

On the occasion of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Declaration of Human Rights, the CRLDHT is organizing a meeting to recall the situation of repression of freedoms in Tunisia and to call for the release of political prisoners and prisoners of conscience who have been languishing in prison for over ten months.

The regime now in power is working to annihilate the right to political action that the Revolution of December 17, 2010/January 14, 2011 made possible after decades of despotism, to deny this right to citizens and to silence all voices that refuse to submit to its diktat, whether they emanate from bangs of the opposition, journalists, social networks or business circles.

It does not hesitate to use the war crimes and genocide currently committed against the Palestinians to mask its failures at home and strengthen its grip on society.

In this context, we're organizing a meeting on December 14, 2023, at 6:30pm, at the Bourse de Travail de Paris, 85 rue Charlots 75003 Paris.

We call on the forces of justice and freedom to strengthen solidarity with Tunisian political prisoners and prisoners of conscience, and to enlighten international public opinion about the suffering they and their families are enduring.
